Job Description: 
The SiteTracker Database Administrator will work as part of a team to lead the ongoing development of our SiteTracker integration and operations. The administrator will work closely with IT, organizational leaders and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes, including our core PM business processes. The SiteTracker Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our SiteTracker platform. Work with all MIS departments support and initiate and maintain SiteTracker modules/applications. 

Support necessary tasks for SiteTracker development including test and production environments.
Partner with departments to support applications developed by SiteTracker the organization. 
Support application installations, deployments, tests, migrations and upgrades requiring database-related tasks. 
Partner with departments to implement, troubleshoot and resolve technical and performance issues. 
Document and share utilized procedures, methodologies, processes and integrations. 
Develop project plans/schedules for SiteTracker database related projects and efforts .
Identify and initiate resolutions to user problems/concerns associated with SiteTracker software. 
Establish standards and procedure for SiteTracker Modules.
Identify, evaluate, recommend and service level issues both proactively and when new actions are needed .
Evaluate new SiteTracker Module releases, as well as providing training and support to the respective users. 
Define and design logical and physical SiteTracker modules, which may require interviewing users and understanding their usage requirements and needs. 
Establish and maintain relationships with IT and departments, including knowledge of best practices, policies and technical details. 
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. 
Effectively communicate with Department Heads, peers, and SiteTracker developers, and project managers.



Requirements
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems. 
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration. 
Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases. 
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities. 
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access. 
Knowledge of importing data and generating Salesforce reports. 
Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support. 
Strong knowledge of relational databases.
Strong knowledge of database programming.
Full understanding of database transactions and how they work. 
Experience in working with high traffic databases.
Data entry skills with excellent manual dexterity.
Pleasant and courteous communication skills.
Personal computer software skills with basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.


Successful candidates will be required to submit to a criminal background check.
