Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Purpose and Scope: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for participating with office management and administrative tasks by providing general clerical support.  They organize and manage on behalf of others, and document or report, as required, the status and completion of their duties. This is a part-time opportunity, should be about 20 hours a week. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Issues purchase orders
  • Coordinates communications with other internal employees (particularly offsite) and external third parties. 
  • Creates packing slips.
  • Updates trackers.
  • Obtains and processes signed releases.
  • Assists with office events.
  • Creates generator labels.
  • All other duties as required.

Experience:
  • 1-2 Years of experience.

Pay: $17/hr
