The Junior Accountant – Revenue & Operations Focus will support the Controller and Senior Accounting team across credit analysis, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and broader finance operations. This role is designed for a high-potential accounting professional seeking growth within a multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with credit analysis and customer exposure monitoring.
- Support AR aging reviews and DSO tracking.
- Assist with AP processes including vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support month-end close activities across multiple entities.
- Assist with inventory analysis and operational accounting support.
- Support audit requests and financial reporting preparation.
- Participate in cross-functional finance and operations initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Strong understanding of debits and credits.
- Experience with ERP systems (Business Central or SAGE preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work in a multi-entity, fast-paced environment.
