Purpose and scope:
We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. A candidate that is a self-starter and can think quickly on their feet. They will be required to provide quality customer service throughout the sales process. This role requires someone that makes a great first impression and enjoys helping people. The ideal candidate can maintain consistency through ups and downs of the sales cycle.
- Meet minimum required sales targets
- Self-generate leads through various sales strategies
- Conduct in-home sales presentations with customers
- Provide an excellent customer sales experience from initial contact through post installation
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends
- Evaluate customers' needs and build productive lasting relationships.
- Manage a pipeline of accounts from creation to install
- Work efficiently with team members and other departments
This position typically requires individuals to walk outside multiple hours per day and travel to and from various locations.
Skills / Other:
- Good communication
- Must be honest
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not necessary.
- Experience interacting with customers
- Ability to creatively problem solve
- Outstanding listening skills
- Public speaking
- Maintain professionalism
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
Education and Training:
- High School Diploma
- Driver's license
- Ability to work mobile apps

100% commission, plus a sign on bonus
